How do I download your templates?
Once you review the description of the various procedure or worksheet templates and have decided the ones you want to purchase/download, you need to hit the “add to cart” button as you would with any other product website. The chosen templates will go into your cart and you can continue shopping until you are ready to checkout. You will see your cart icon in the top right of the website showing the number of items in your cart. You can click there to checkout by following the prompts. Once you check out, you can either down load the purchased documents right from your “post purchase” screen or alternatively, you will be emailed a secure download link to download your document.
Can I customize the templates after download?
Absolutely! All of our templates are provided in common Microsoft Word or Excel files that you can edit with your company name, information or data. Are documents are not provided in un-editable PDF format.
Is there a guide to using your templates?
Our policy and procedure templates are self explanatory as they contain specific, proven and complete procedure steps that you can use or edit to match your business. You simply can add your company name and staff titles and names as needed. Our Excel worksheets are pre-built with fully functional formulas but you can still take them and add onto them with additional fields as you require.

In many cases there are descriptions of fields so you can follow the assumptions of the models.
